Coco's Cove

This is the game that was made in IM 459, our game design Capstone class, which I took in the Spring of 2015. It was made using the Unity game engine. Coco's Cove is a game that focuses on a monkey named Coco who has type 2 diabetes. Players click on Coco to pull her tail back and let go to launch her toward the various foods. Because she has type 2 diabetes, there are specific food goals per level that represent the correct amount of carbs someone should eat during breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and after dinner snack.

My primary role focused on Asset Integration but I was also a member of the programming team. By focusing on Asset Integration, I was the one to make sure all the correct audio sources were in at their correct places, and make sure that the art was as crisp and clean as it could be while utilizing our limited amount of space. After our release, I then made the game trailer that not only explains the game, but also shows some of the game play footage.
